War Crimes

In another display of deplorable behavior, a "brave" soldier shot and killed an innocent man in a mosque in Fallujah. An imbedded reporter from NBC caught it on video, and wisely turned it over to Reuters so that it could be broadcast to the world.
It's time for the US to join the International Criminal Court, so these soldiers, including W, can be tried and convicted by the world.
